Amazing vibes! Such a cool place to go for a quick sit down with appys and omg you have to try the hard root beer 10/10 new favourite cocktail! The hot spinach dip was so creamy and yummy and our waitress J.A. Was amazing. She remembered us and made sure we felt right at home! Thank you for the amazing experience. Such a cool place to eat in Banff!! You get to sit inside and the whole front wall is open so it’s like sitting outside! Excellent food and good drinks. I had the chicken sandwich and an Alpine Gin and tonic. I should have bought some gin to bring home! Plenty of gluten free food options. This was honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Canada, and without a doubt it served the best bison burger I have ever had. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, with that unique richness you only get from bison meat. It was truly outstanding and absolutely worth the visit on its own. The restaurant also has its own line of alcoholic drinks, including gin and vodka, which I found really impressive. The gin had a pleasant bitterness balanced with fruity notes, which made it refreshing and unique. Along with that, we enjoyed a well-prepared salad, tasty beer, and a memorable pepper soup made with their vodka that stood out as something special. The atmosphere of the restaurant is another highlight. It has a vibrant yet comfortable vibe that makes the experience even more enjoyable. We were seated on the patio, which had a lively and welcoming energy. Unfortunately, the inside was full and we couldn’t get a table indoors because the restaurant was very busy. My recommendation: if you plan to visit, make sure you reserve in advance. It’s absolutely worth it. For me, this place was a top dining experience and I would call it one of the very best restaurants I’ve tried in Canada. My girlfriend and I stopped at park for lunch with the dogs. We were seated out in the patio right away. Our waiter Sam was fantastic. We split the meat platter and there was nothing left really good. The observation peak cocktail which I had was fantastic very Smokey and smooth! This restaurant is without a doubt one of the top five places to eat in Banff. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is amazing – warm, vibrant, and full of energy. The decor is very tastefully done, combining a stylish indoor space with a comfortable and inviting patio. Whether you want to enjoy the cozy interior or take in the fresh mountain air outside, both options are equally great. The food here was simply outstanding. I can confidently say that the bison burger we tried was the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, it’s a must-try for anyone visiting. The vodka chili soup was another highlight; hearty, rich, and very unique. On top of that, the restaurant produces its own gin and vodka, which was something truly special. The gin in particular had a bold, slightly fruity flavor with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste that stood out compared to other gins I’ve tried. It paired really well with the meal and added to the overall experience. The salad we ordered was also fresh and well-prepared, a perfect complement to the heavier dishes. The staff were excellent, friendly, attentive, and professional and they really contributed to the positive atmosphere. The only downside is that this place is very popular and usually packed. If you show up during peak hours, be prepared to wait at least an hour, as we did. Some reserved tables seemed to stay empty longer than expected, which was a little frustrating. For this reason, I strongly recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid the wait. Overall, though, this restaurant is a must-visit in Banff. The combination of atmosphere, décor, fantastic food, and unique drinks makes it truly memorable. I will definitely be coming back!
